1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Brand Lift ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Brand Lift.
2. Description of Service
Brand Lift is a social media management platform that allows you to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms; manage brand identities; generate AI-powered content; run and monitor advertising campaigns through connected ad accounts; and organize media assets. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Account Registration & Security
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with third parties
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not:
- Use the Service to publish or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
- Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform or advertising network
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems
- Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading advertisements
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written consent
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Your content: You retain all rights to content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant Brand Lift a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
AI-generated content: Content generated by AI features (text, images, brand identities) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. Brand Lift does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated output.
Our property: The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Brand Lift and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or branding.
6. Billing & Subscriptions
- Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are available on our pricing page
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan)
- You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees
- All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or as otherwise stated in writing
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before the start of your next billing cycle
7. Connected Accounts & Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and others). By connecting these accounts:
- You authorize Brand Lift to access and interact with those platforms on your behalf within the permissions you grant
- You remain responsible for complying with each platform's terms of service and advertising policies
- Brand Lift is not liable for changes, outages, or policy enforcement actions taken by third-party platforms
- You may disconnect any third-party account at any time through your account settings
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Brand Lift shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service
- Actions taken by third-party platforms (account suspensions, content removals, ad disapprovals)
- The performance, results, or outcomes of advertising campaigns managed through the Service
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of severe violations.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
